Mauricio is a long-time resident of Sonoma/Marin Counties, and most of my working career has been as a Property Manager. A few years ago I realized I wanted to expand my real estate knowledge as well as work more closely with buyers and sellers. So, in 2017 I studied at Santa Rosa Junior College, achieved my Real Estate Certificate, and have been an active Realtor since then.

I enjoy finding the best deals in the market and always work diligently to help my sellers get the most from their properties. I am actually a real estate investor myself since 2018 with several properties around California. I find gratitude and well-being in helping others who are buying their first home or selling investment property and/or adding to their portfolio.

I am also accredited with the ASA - NVL New Ventures of Leadership from the American Society on Aging while working with low-income seniors in affordable housing. I am fluent in Spanish.
